Katie Deal

This isn’t the first time that Katie Deal has worn a big blond wig on the
Temple Theatre stage. You may remember her from Winter Wonderettes
(Betty Jean), Classic Nashville Roadshow with Jason Petty or CNR II: The
Sequined Sequel. As a seasoned actress and a member of Actor’s Equity,

Katie has transformed her love of theater into a unique platform to honor
country music icons through what she calls “true tributes”. These authentic
classic country concerts have gained Katie national recognition and some
amazing interactions, such as featured entertainer for GPB’s gala honoring
Brenda Lee (Fox Theatre, Atlanta) and singing with Ms. Loretta Lynn. She
has also performed with Brandon Bush (Train, Sugarland), Kristian Bush
(Sugarland), John Driskell Hopkins (Zac Brown Band) and has opened shows
for John Conlee, Sammy Kershaw, Collin Raye, B.J. Thomas, Bill Anderson,
Jeannie Seely, Colt Ford and Marty Stuart. Katie was named the 2016
Georgia Country Artist of the Year and was honored by the Atlanta Country
Music Hall of Fame. Katie lives in Virginia Beach with her much better half,
Pete, and their furry family: Max, Minnie, Pixie and Sugar. Big thanks to
