Hunter Cox

Hunter Cox (Pianist) is a native of Broadway, NC, and the piano and music theory teacher at Enloe Magnet High School in Raleigh, NC. He is the organist at Hudson Memorial Presbyterian Church in Raleigh. Previously, he taught at Andrew Jackson High School in Kershaw, SC for five years where he taught piano and music theory. While at Andrew Jackson High he accompanied the choirs and assisted with the Volunteer Regiment Marching Band. He graduated from Appalachian State University with a Master of Music degree in Piano Performance. Hunter also holds Bachelor of Music degrees in Piano Performance and Music Education from Appalachian State. Hunter has performed throughout the Carolinas in various capacities including accompanying the South Carolina High School All State Choir and playing concertos with the Appalachian State Symphony Orchestra and the Lee County Community Orchestra. He lives in Raleigh with his West Highland White Terrier, Schroeder.
