Alison Lawrence

Alison Lawrence is an award-winning actress, director and voice teacher with over 30 years of experience. The past three years, she has spent most of her time as musical director for Temple Theatre’s Summer Conservatories, teaching the Musical Theatre Ensemble classes for and teaching private voice lessons. Recently, Ms. Lawrence directed and wrote her 18th DIVAS! Fundraiser  for Raleigh Little Theatre. She has performed on the Temple stage three times…as Aldonza in Man of La Mancha in the late 80’s, A Christmas show in 2006 (?) and Oliver! in 2019. She lives in Raleigh with her four-legged family and maintains a successful private voice studio, The Singer’s Art.
