Ballet Instructor

Josie Patterson is a professional dancer, choreographer, and educator with over 20 years of experience teaching dance to all ages. She has performed and choreographed throughout the United States, including the American College Dance Festival, in university residencies, at large-scale corporate events, and at the Junior Theater Festival, where her work received the award for Outstanding Production.

From 2014–2019, Josie served as adjunct faculty in the Department of Performing Arts at Weber State University, where she taught ballet, modern, and jazz technique, and assistant directed the dance area’s outreach program, bringing arts education to underserved K–12 schools. A Utah native, Josie holds a BA in Dance from Weber State University, graduating summa cum laude. During her studies she was recognized with awards for Outstanding Performer, Outstanding Choreographer, and Outstanding Graduate in Dance.
