Our instructors are professional educators, performers, and technicians who create a learning environment that is both supportive and challenging.
Each holds a degree in theatre, education, or both, and unlike most theatre schools in the tri-county area, our team brings the unique combination of being leaders in the performance industry as well as professional teaching experience.
Our training doesn’t stop in the classroom, students have the opportunity to audition for our main stage shows—giving them a chance to apply what they’re learning in a professional theatre environment.

Our mission is to help students do more than shine on stage. We use the performing arts as a tool to build skills that lead to success not just in professional theatre, but in every part of life.
Our instructors bring decades of experience. They create a safe and supportive environment, and design curriculum that supports the different needs and learning styles of the students. They focus on helping each student create a personal learning process that they can implement in and out of the classroom. It’s not just about creating a polished performance, it’s about helping students understand how they learn so they can improve their skills, gain confidence, take risks, and explore their creativity.
